Industries

Same six systems.
Your sector's vocabulary.

A bilty, a batch expiry, a job card, a fee instalment, a demand letter. The software underneath is the same engineering; what decides whether it gets used is whether it speaks the language your team already uses out loud.

Retail & Wholesale

Stock on the shelf and stock in the software stopped agreeing months ago, and nobody can say which items actually make money.

What we build
  • Barcode billing with multi-rate and multi-unit pricing
  • Purchase orders, GRN and supplier ledgers
  • Counter, godown and branch stock in one view
  • Credit customers with limits enforced at the till
  • Fast/slow-moving and margin-by-item reporting
Shipped

Healthcare & Pharmacy

Batches, expiries and prescriptions live in a register beside the till, so write-offs are discovered after the supplier return window has closed.

What we build
  • Batch-level stock with first-expiry-first-out dispensing
  • Tiered expiry alerts grouped by supplier
  • Prescription capture gated on scheduled medicines
  • Appointments, patient records and visit history
  • GST invoicing with DPCO ceiling checks

Manufacturing & Fabrication

Job cards are on paper, raw material consumption is an estimate, and the true cost of a finished unit is somebody's opinion.

What we build
  • Bill of materials with multi-level assemblies
  • Work orders, job cards and machine-wise output
  • Raw material issue, consumption and wastage tracking
  • Batch and lot traceability from input to dispatch
  • Actual costing per unit, not a standing estimate

Logistics & Transport

Bookings arrive on three phone numbers, paperwork is retyped four times, and a customer asking 'where is my consignment' costs a phone call.

What we build
  • Booking, consignment and LR/bilty generation
  • Dispatch board with real vehicle and crew capacity
  • Driver app with proof of delivery and photos
  • Customer-facing tracking links, self-serve
  • Trip costing, fuel and per-route profitability

Construction & Real Estate

Site material, labour attendance and client payment stages sit in three different books that only reconcile at the end of a project — when it is too late.

What we build
  • Project, phase and site-wise material issue
  • Labour attendance and contractor bill certification
  • Client payment milestones with demand letters
  • Unit/inventory booking with allotment status
  • Site progress capture from a phone

Education & Training

Admissions, fees, batches and attendance are four spreadsheets, and a parent asking about a pending instalment triggers a search.

What we build
  • Admission enquiry pipeline through to enrolment
  • Fee plans, instalments, receipts and dues reminders
  • Batch, timetable and faculty allocation
  • Attendance, tests and progress reports to parents
  • Course pages and online enquiry capture

Hospitality & Food

Bookings come from six platforms, the kitchen runs on shouted orders, and food cost is calculated once a month by hand.

What we build
  • Table, room or slot booking with a live availability view
  • Order capture, KOT routing and billing
  • Recipe-level costing against actual purchase rates
  • Google profile, menu and review pipeline
  • Repeat-customer offers over WhatsApp

Professional & Consulting

Client work, deadlines and unbilled hours live in individual heads, so realisation is discovered at invoice time rather than managed.

What we build
  • Client, matter and engagement records in one place
  • Task, deadline and compliance-calendar tracking
  • Time capture with billable/non-billable split
  • Retainer and milestone invoicing with reminders
  • Document vault with version and access control
Shipped

Field & Home Services

Jobs are assigned in a WhatsApp group, nobody knows which technician is free, and a customer from ten days ago was never called back.

What we build
  • Enquiry pipeline with owner and next action on every job
  • Area-based auto-assignment and a dispatch view
  • Technician app that works offline in basements
  • Photo proof on completion, feeding the invoice
  • AMC/warranty renewals that surface before they lapse

E-commerce & D2C

Orders arrive from a website, a marketplace and Instagram DMs, and inventory is reconciled by three people editing the same sheet.

What we build
  • Storefront with catalogue, variants and offers
  • Single order inbox across web, marketplace and social
  • Inventory synced so nothing oversells
  • Payment gateway, shipping and returns flow
  • Abandoned-cart and re-order nudges

Finance & Insurance

Policies, renewals and client documents sit in email folders, so a lapsed renewal is noticed by the client before it is noticed by you.

What we build
  • Client, policy and product records with renewal dates
  • Renewal and premium-due escalation ladders
  • Commission and payout reconciliation
  • KYC/document collection with an audit trail
  • Portfolio and persistency dashboards

Institutions & Non-profit

Donations, beneficiaries and grant reporting are compiled from scratch every quarter because nothing records them as they happen.

What we build
  • Donor records, receipts and 80G documentation
  • Beneficiary registry with programme participation
  • Grant milestones and funder reporting packs
  • Volunteer and event coordination
  • Public site with an online donation flow

Not on this list?

It is a list of sectors we have modelled, not a list of sectors we accept. The six systems are the same everywhere — only the nouns change. Tell us what yours are called and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people to build it. Cards marked “Shipped” are sectors we have delivered production systems in.

Ask about yours

The whole business

Six systems. Every business
has all six, working or not.

Whether they are software, a register, or a person who remembers things. Find the one that is costing you the most and start there — you do not have to fix all six, and you certainly do not have to fix them at once.

Get found

Can the people looking for us actually find us?

The public surface — a site that loads in under two seconds on a mid-range phone, a Google profile that ranks on the map, and search visibility that holds up when an AI answers the question instead of a results page.

  • A website that is fast, indexed and structured for search
  • A Google Business Profile that appears in the local map pack
  • Reviews arriving as a routine, not a one-off request
  • Enquiries landing somewhere they cannot be lost

Capture demand

What happens to an enquiry after it arrives?

Every enquiry — call, form, WhatsApp, walk-in, marketplace — into one pipeline with an owner and a next action, so nothing depends on somebody remembering.

  • One inbox for every lead source you have
  • An owner and a dated next action on every record
  • Overdue follow-ups escalating, not sitting silently
  • Quotations produced from your rate card in seconds

Run operations

Do the books, the shelf and the software agree?

The operational core — stock, purchase, production, jobs, projects, people — modelled the way your business actually works instead of the way a generic template assumes it does.

  • Stock that matches a physical count, continuously
  • Purchase, production and dispatch on one timeline
  • Approvals and roles enforced by the system
  • An audit trail: who changed what, and when

Collect the money

Does every invoice reconcile without an argument?

Billing, invoicing, payments and ledgers that close cleanly — GST-correct documents, part payments, credit control, and a payment integration that cannot double-charge.

  • GST-correct invoices, credit notes and returns exports
  • Credit limits enforced at the point of sale
  • Online payments wired idempotently — no double charges
  • Receivables ageing you can act on, not compile

Work off the desk

Does any of this work where the work happens?

Apps for the people who are not sitting at a computer — technicians, drivers, sales staff, site supervisors — built to keep working when the network does not.

  • Android and iOS from one codebase, on both stores
  • Offline-first capture that syncs when signal returns
  • Photo, signature and location proof at the point of work
  • Managers seeing the field in real time, not at 7pm

Know what is happening

Can you answer a question without asking three people?

Dashboards, reporting and the AI automation layer that removes the copying between systems — so the numbers arrive on their own and the mechanical work stops being somebody's morning.

  • The three reports you would actually open on a Monday
  • Documents read and entered without retyping
  • Systems talking to each other instead of to a person
  • Alerts when something drifts, not a quarter later

Not sure which one is your problem?

That is the normal case, and it is what the first call is for. Twenty minutes describing how the business actually runs is usually enough for both of us to see which loop is leaking — and sometimes the answer is that none of them need software yet.

Talk it through

Sector questions

Before you ask

Including whether we are the wrong people for your sector.

Do you specialise in one industry or work across all of them?

Across them, and the reason is structural rather than commercial: the six systems a business runs on are identical everywhere — get found, capture demand, run operations, collect money, work off the desk, know what is happening. Only the nouns change. A batch in a pharmacy and a lot in a factory are the same modelling problem with different regulations attached.

How do you learn a sector you haven't built for before?

Two mapping sessions where you talk and we write down the vocabulary, the documents you issue, the states a record moves through and the reports you already look at. If after those sessions we do not think we understand your operation well enough to price it honestly, we say so and charge nothing.

Which sectors have you actually shipped production systems in?

Retail pharmacy, fuel and general retail, distribution, logistics and home/field services. Those are marked on this page. Everything else on the list is a sector we have modelled and can build for — we distinguish between the two rather than implying a portfolio we do not have.

Our business doesn't fit any standard category. Is that a problem?

It is usually an advantage. Businesses that fit a category can often buy an off-the-shelf product, and we will tell them to. The ones with an unusual process — a pricing rule nobody else has, a document only your regulator wants, a workflow that spans four roles — are precisely the ones where custom software pays for itself.

Do you build for businesses outside India?

Yes, remotely. The systems are the same; the compliance layer is not, so tax, invoicing formats and data-residency requirements get scoped explicitly rather than assumed. Pricing is quoted in INR.
